How it works
Whether you are a startup social entrepreneur or a seasoned global business leader, you may be struggling to maintain your sanity in an ever demanding, “always on,” twenty-four seven work culture. How do we remain present and aligned to our purpose in our work when there is only so much we can handle as human beings?
That’s where we come in.
Step 1
In this introductory call, we will help you identify your goals, where you are right now, and if our Coaching is the right fit for you.
Step 2
In a strategy session, you will dive deeper into key areas of growth and transformation and discover the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
Step 3
We schedule a time to come on-site for you and those the coaching applies to in your organization. This is a full day training.

Dr. Justin Beene and Dr. Kevin Heyne have a combined 3 master’s degrees and over 30+ years of leadership experience that covers the gamut of church, business startup, nonprofit management, social enterprise, and complex global business. From working with global teams and high-level corporate executives to work with social entrepreneurs and community leaders, their vast network and unique blend of talents and backgrounds offers expertise in many areas that will help make for a rich experience.
Dr. Justin Beene
Justin Beene is the visionary and founder of an innovative partnership called the Grand Rapids Center for Community Transformation, a collective between non- profits and for profits working together for a flourishing city. Justin is also a serial entrepreneur starting Building Bridges Professional Services and Rising Grinds Café; he also is the principal of Impact Partners and Co-Founder of Transformational Executive Coaching.
Justin was named by the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council as “Twenty Entrepreneurs to Watch” (2019), he was named Chicago’s, We Raise Foundation’s National Emerging Leader (2017), was given NAACP-Grand Rapid’s Presidential Award (2020). He was awarded the inaugural Alumni Achievement award by Acton Institute (2023).
Dr. Kevin Heyne
Dr. Kevin Heyne is an executive at Lumbermen’s, Inc. where many of the ideas found in this book have been implemented. Kevin has held a variety of high-level leadership roles working for an industry leading global Fortune 1,000 company along with working in the non-profit sector. Dr. Heyne earned his Doctorate of Transformational Leadership (DTL) with an emphasis on Entrepreneurial Organizational Transformation where he conducted research on the best practices of a thriving multi-ethnic organization. Dr. Heyne is co-founder of Transformational Executive Coaching (TEC). TEC is a consulting/training organization that brings together people from diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds, across for profit and non-profit sectors, with the intent of developing better executives and transformational leaders.
